Rates INCLUDE Basic Cleaning Fee, Linens, Towels, Paper Towels Toilet Paper, Dish Detergent & Trash Bags. 

Half (1/2) of the Total Reservation Amount plus the $50 Damage Deposit Insurance & $25 Reservation Fee is due when reservation form is submitted. Final Half is due 14 days prior to arrival date.

INTERNET ACCESS: We have High Speed Internet Cards available for guests
use at the cost of $10.00 Per Day.  (Laptop/Computer NOT Included).

Travel Insurance is available for purchase for guests. (Optional Service for our guests -- Insurance is provided by Travelex Insurance Services).
